Boone County Title & Escrow, LLC, is a title insurance agency located in Albion, Nebraska. We are a small agency that has made a big impact, offering unparalleled service since our inception in 2013. It’s been our privilege to serve our friends and neighbors in Boone County and the surrounding area with title insurance services they can trust, and it is our belief that our personal approach, wealth of experience, and attention to detail are pillars that have set us apart in the industry.
Jeffrey C. Jarecki
Attorney & TITLE AGENT
Jeff Jarecki has a diverse practice that allows him to meet his clients’ many different needs. Jeff is equally comfortable handling both transactional matters and litigation. Jeff is a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association, the Nebraska Criminal Defense Attorneys Association, and is a past President of the Nebraska Land Title Association.
Jeff is a native of northeast Nebraska where he graduated from Boone Central High School. Jeff went on to attend the University of Nebraska at Omaha where he graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science. He then attended the Creighton University School of Law where he earned his Juris Doctor with a concentration in business law.
Heather K. Kohtz
ABSTRACTER & TITLE AGENT
Heather Kohtz is a native of Albion, Nebraska, having graduated from Albion High School. She earned her Associates Degree in Business Administration from Central Community College in Columbus, Nebraska, and then went on to earn her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Legal Studies from Chadron State College, graduating magna cum laude. She became a Registered Abstracter in 2000 and a licensed Title Agent in 2013. Heather is also a member of the Land Title Association.
Sarah Seda
Assistant
Sarah Seda was born and raised in Spalding, Nebraska, and is a 2006 graduate of Spalding Academy. She is an active member of the community and enjoys working with people. Sarah assists with examining titles, searching real estate records, while coordinating and compiling documents for closings. She is dedicated to assisting the Escrow officers and helping clients.
